When to call us
A CMS or state survey cited you under K211, K321, K363, K372, K374 or K521
The Joint Commission found fire door, damper or barrier deficiencies
The fire marshal or L&I issued a notice on doors or dampers
Your insurer’s loss-control visit flagged doors or penetrations
How it works
Send the citation. Upload the 2567, the survey report or the notice. A lead tech calls you back the same business day.
We walk the findings within 2 business days and price every item.
You get a written plan with dates, ready to attach to your plan of correction.
We fix and document. Every repair is photographed, re-tested and listed in a close-out report you can send as evidence.
Deadlines you are up against
After a CMS survey, your plan of correction is usually due within 10 calendar days of receiving the 2567. The Joint Commission sets its own deadline for evidence of compliance. We plan the work back from your date, not ours.
